Library
The institute has a well stocked library with over 2,000 books
on Management including General Management, Event Management,
Marketing, Finance etc. and over 4,000 books on education and
subscribing more than 20 journals.
Periodicals are made freely available to the students to
cultivate the habit of reference reading.
Laboratories
The institute has extensive workshops and lab
facilities with all required equipment and systems to enable
students to conduct practicals properly. The Labs are well
maintained and have sufficient number of supporting staff,
well trained and committed to students’ learning.
Major labs include Computer Lab with internet facility, E.T.
Lab, Science Lab and Psychology Lab.
Transport
The institute maintains fleet of buses for transportation of
students and staffs from nearby areas.
Computer Lab
All computers are networked and internet is available for
keeping up-todate with the latest knowledge-base.
Medical
Care Center
The institute has a Medical Center to provide First Aid
Medical care round the clock.
Lecture
Halls
At Doon Institute sufficient number of spacious class rooms
for lectures, and tutorials are available. Each room is
equipped with all modern teaching aids like OHPs & LCDs. A
variety of learning tools ensure thorough experimental
acquisition of knowledge and skills.
Pedagogy includes role plays, case studies, projects, field
experiences, assignments, quizzing, seminars and industry
visits. Students are encouraged to develop analytical skills
and contribute at various forums viz. in-house publications,
workshops and seminars.
Recreation
Center
A canteen is maintained in the institute campus for the
convenience of the students. Students can get wholesome food,
snacks and beverages in the canteen and enjoy the same over
healthy and relaxing discussions.
Hostel
The institute provides clean and roomy hostels for its
students. The hostel facility is separate for boys and girls.
Toilet areas are scrupulously clean and hygiene is maintained.
A hostel warden takes care of the safety and any requirements
